OUR HISTORY
  1. Focus Media was founded

    Focus Media was founded, with Softbank, Dinghui and Goldman Sachs investing more than US$40 million.

  2. IPO in Nasdaq

    Focus Media China became China’s first Advertising media company that Go Public or Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Nasdaq.

  3. Acquired Framedia, Target Media, and ACL Films Ads

    Focus Media successfully stepped in film roll segment, consolidated apartment poster media market, and office build LCD media market. Focus Media also signed some overseas licensing agreements.

  4. Listed in the 100 index stock in Nasdaq

    At the same year, Focus Media acquired CGEN, a consolidated shopping channel LCD media market.

  5. The second largest media group in China, next to CCTV (China Central Television)

    With the market value exceeded RMB 100 billion, Focus Media became the second largest media group in China, next to CCTV (China Central Television). Extending licensing agreements in Germany, India, Malaysia, Philippines, and Hong Kong.

  6. Awards

    From 2017 to 2018 Focus Media got several awards from London International Awards, New York  Festival Advertising Award and Busan Adstars 2018. 

  7. Target Media Nusantara

    Focus Media expanded its wings to South Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia – as Target Media Nusantara (TMN).
